Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Rockaway

Staff was fantastic, and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Things were organized. Love the early check in and the communication was great.

We chose the place because of the proximity to the highway. The staff was extraordinarily friendly. All areas looked well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. There were dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash for sustainability. The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the plant-based options (there was oat milk).

It was clean and updated and didn’t smell like cigarette smoke. Also it seemed safe, well lit, etc. The showers were very nice and worked well. Bed was comfortable. TV worked well and plenty of channels. Walls were sound proof, room was quiet.

Location is pretty good being right off the highway. The facilities are all in great shape - was impressed by the fitness room. Breakfast is good for a continental, and there are restaurants right around the property if you need other meals.
